Recent Journal Entries

Have you read the small autobiography that Richard Dawkins wrote in 2009? It was published in The Edge and can be read online at [link]

I never knew that Richard grew up in Africa, or that he was into music (even if he says he was never good at it) ;) ;) :D It was very interesting to read and it did help me understand alot more about him. I love the way he talked about himself when he was writing The Selfish Gene, rather adorable.. :)

So, this may sound odd, but we're reading some Dawkins text in this course I'm taking on the New Atheism, and our teacher referred to Hitchens (whom we're also reading) and Dawkins ad Ditchens because apparently they're really close in terms of their views...so does anyone know where i can find Ditchens fanfic? I've got a friend in the class who'd love to see some, just for the hell of it.

hello, I am debating someone about evolution. he asks me to provide the photo of the fossils of prehistoric giraffe (if possible, from short neck to long neck). so, does anyone know links about it? remember, it should be a PHOTO, not drawing.

Thanx a lot for your help.

I don't have any Dawkins art, per se, but I'm a huge fan of his book "The Selfish Gene." I also have a BS in Animal Behavior, so I will always regard him as an ethologist rather than just a vocal atheist.
